Paddle Board Engagement Photos at Lemon Dam: Ashley + Aaron

If you have read enough of my blogs you probably know by now how much I adore adventurous couples. If you haven't, where have you been!? But really, I love exploring new places and creating new ideas with my wedding and elopement couples.  Ashley and Aaron are definitely no exception! They have adventurous spirits and even chose careers that would allow them to explore the world while also helping others. 

At the last minute we decided we should go take some impromptu engagement photos before the summer got too crazy for this traveling couple, as Ashley had just returned from traveling the world for the past 9 months for her work. Ashley and Aaron grabbed their paddle boards and, in the middle of a mild Colorado rain storm, paddled around Lemon Dam together. 

I cannot wait for this wedding in August for many reasons but the reason I know this couple is amazing is when I was posing them both and I simply said, "now dance!". Some couples would just stand there staring back at me but not Ashley and Aaron! They both immediately broke out into SONG and DANCE (photographic evidence below)!
